iD’s powerful Enterprise Search will find content within your iD intranet, apps and nominated shared sources such as network drives, SharePoint sites, websites and pre-existing content management systems.

Enterprise Search allows you to specify a customized search using tabs to refine the content index. The advanced search feature allows you to see more detail and add boolean and wildcard options for more results.

Rich functionality search results

Enterprise Search's results contain rich functionality features to direct user attention to relevant and related content. These include contextual results which highlight the search term, "Refine By" option and the ability to display related content and sponsored links.

Fully configurable search ranking algorithm

Enterprise Search runs independantly but can be seamlessly integrated with iD or run on a separate infrastructure. It uses a powerful ranking algorithm and allows for full configuration.
