The ADWEB Agency rewarded for export excellence

Governor of Victoria Export Awards 2009 recognize export success of flagship product Intranet DASHBOARD
At an exclusive cocktail reception at Government House on Wednesday 21 October, The ADWEB Agency was recognized for the exceptional export success of its multi-award winning intranet, extranet and portal software solution, Intranet DASHBOARD (iD).
The ADWEB Agency took out the Commendation Award for outstanding export achievements in Information and Communication Technology in a competitive field of over 1,200 highly successful Victorian exporters. The Governor of Victoria Export Awards celebrate export success, and ADWEB has been formally recognized among Australia’s top exporters for the second consecutive year.
“It’s a great achievement to again be acknowledged as one of Victoria’s most outstanding export success stories. We’re proud to be a Melbourne company making waves on the global stage and have plans to expand our global reach and capitalize on our success to date", said Connie Pandos, co-founder and Director of Intranet DASHBOARD.
The ADWEB Agency has increased its sales of Intranet DASHBOARD globally year-on-year since its launch in 2004, with the export market currently generating over 50% of total revenue. Intranet DASHBOARD now reaches more than five million users across 800 companies in 65 countries around the world, including 18 Fortune 500 companies.
Ms Pandos puts the success down to the cost effective, feature rich nature of the solution. "iD provides a fully featured, cost effective alternative when your company can't entertain a couple of hundred thousand dollars for an intranet, extranet or portal solution, which is welcome news when budgets are under pressure" said Ms Pandos.
Now in its 30th year, the Export Awards seek to identify and reward Australian businesses incorporating innovative export strategies and expert execution to successfully take Australian made to the global stage.
