Allow users to “Like” your intranet pages to boost engagement
As a default setting, iD provides both a thumbs up Like and thumbs down Dislike option for content pages.
However, using the configuration settings, you can hide the Dislike option, so that users can only choose to Like a page, similar to Facebook.
